Vernessa Taylor, a business technology guru and one of the coolest people I’ve met on Twitter, has submitted a story, Unique Self-Proposition (U.S.P) – A Technologist’s Marriage Vows, for a competition on Biz Sugar. Honestly, I don’t know what the competition is, but I do want her to win. Please take the time from your busy schedule to vote for her article. And stop by her site, CoachNotes Blog, to leave a comment while you’re there.
You do have to sign up for an account to vote. They’ll send a link to approve your account. Once you do that, you are ready to vote. I know it’s an annoying process, but keep in mind that you may need votes for something you’re doing in the future and you’d want people to make the same effort toward your goal.
With that said, vote for Vernessa’s article now.
Hey Marcie!
What a super-sweet thing to do. I really appreciate your kind words. Don’t think I’ve ever been called “one of the coolest people met on Twitter” before. 🙂
I’m just seeing this or I would have responded sooner. Did I tell you I’ve added Marcie Writes newsfeed to my desktop feed reader? That way I can keep up with what you’re doing around here.
For the record, BizSugar is a site that aggregates articles that would be of interest to a small business audience. You submit your article in the appropriate category and the community members vote for the one they like. Each week (Friday, I think) BizSugar sends out an email with the Top 10 articles that got the most votes. Anyone can join. You can submit your own articles or someone else’s.
Happy belated Thanksgiving, Marcie, and thanks again. (You’re pretty cool yourself!)
Thanks for keeping me front of mind in your feed reader. I feel appreciated. And thanks for explaining Biz Sugar article submissions.
And, yes, you are one of the coolest and most caring people I’ve connected with on Twitter. I’ve been praying for Divine Connections and you one of them. Although I won’t be hanging here, you know you can find me on Twitter. 🙂
Enjoy your holiday and be safe!
