My mother returned our old, ragged umbrellas to Totes. I don’t have pictures but trust me when I say ragged. My umbrella had a couple small holes and a whole side of my mother’s umbrella was bent.
She sent returned both items to Totes under their lifetime warranty guarantee. We received our umbrellas today. In addition to speedy delivery, we got a very nice umbrella. It is longer with a fancy handle.
I feel special already and I haven’t event used it. Anyway, thanks to Totes for standing on their quality and customer service.
