Twitter has been a great big blessing to me. I have been able to bless others, and have been blessed by others in return.
How I Blessed Someone Through Twitter
Clara Freeman, THE Authentic Woman, wrote a story for BlogHer in February, which I re-tweeted. Here’s the thing. The re-tweet option only had the name of the site and the link to the story. I added Clara’s Twitter name (@C50something) and Blogher’s Twitter name (@blogher) for extra recognition, and it grew from there. This is a message Clara Sent after my re-tweet.
Hi Marcie,
Wanted to thank you for your tweet referral to my article…because of you, the post has been promoted to front page of their site! Your influence is far reaching, BELIEVE:)
Best,
Clara Freeman
Lessons: Little details can make a great big difference. You won’t always have a comment for their blog content, but you can always re-tweet with a single click of a button.
How Someone Blessed Me Through Twitter
Gary Loper is a big huge blessing. We had a brief conversation a couple months ago about what I really wanted to do (I think I got it now). Because of his amazing spirit and business tips, I hung up feeling more enlightened and capable. Recently on Twitter, he asked me how things were going. Read the advice he gave me below. It’s that wonderful?
I just wanted to share some of my Twitter blessings as a giver and receiver. Have you ever been blessed through Twitter? What was your experience?
Thanks Marcie- as you’ve noted, our blessings comes from many sources, even twitter! Recently, another twitter connection exposed my authentic woman site to thousands more:) Peace be stilled!
It is by sowing seed, that we reap the benefits…
Best of health and prosperity,
Clara.
Clara, thank you for ALL your support! Twitter is the ish!
