As you know, I have a posting schedule of every Tuesday of the week. Well, I missed this week because I was working on making my book, 62 Blog Posts to Overcome Blogger’s Block, Kindle ready. Although it is my dream to have a printed book, my cash flow dictates otherwise.
So, I was allowing a perfectly good book marinate when I could be have been helping people boost their writing and blogging skills.
What Happened?
Technology coach Vernessa Taylor. She is my accountability partner and Twitter angel. Last year, she reached out to me and started connecting me to other online influencers. She was such a blessing then and she was a blessing a few weeks ago.
We had a Skype conversation and she advised me on how to position, price, market and my book. The timing of our conversation was amazing because I was stuck – literally and figuratively. I had no idea on what to do. But she got me un-stuck and I’m proud to share that my book will be published next week.
Needless to say, Vernessa comes HIGHLY recommend as a technology and online coach.
And to you, Vernessa. Thank you so much for taking time from your busy schedule to help me. You are a great blessing and I truly appreciate you.
Hey Marcie,
Although this comment is a year late (and hopefully not a dollar short!), thank you for your kind words. For some reason, I never saw a ping to your post so was unaware of it until this very moment.
Maybe you do this sometimes too: I was searching the different engines (Yahoo, DuckDuckGo, Bing) to see if and how my blog shows up. Your post popped up on DuckDuckGo!
Anyway, it was my pleasure to offer a little assistance. You’ve been a blessing to me too: your persistence with writing, your dedication to your passions … inspire me. And I’m always happy to drop your name as a bona fide magazine-published author!
So hats off to you, Ms. Marcie! 🙂
Good morning, Vernessa! It’s always great to hear from you, and it’s never too late to say thanks. I TRULY appreciate all of your support and look for a published version of my book next month.
