You are invited to Poets United’s Black History Month Tribute, the first event of their “THREE IS A CHARM” poetry series.
Featuring special guest Baba Grio, Leonard Lucas, the tribute will be held from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Beverly Library, 2121 W. 95th St.
Poets United is a six-member organization that started in 1994. Five of the members are in Chicago; the sixth member is in Tennessee.
Although no members are being accepted at this time, everyone is welcome to attend their events, starting with this poetry series.
