Sandra is absolutely amazing and patient. She formatted my books several times and submitted them to CreateSpace. I edited my 62 Blog Posts to Overcome Bloggers Block book and workbook to ad nauseam, and each time she patiently made the corrections. I know I got on her nerves and I appreciate her for not firing me.
