I was checking my updates from Every Block Chicago when I ran across this story about a 17 year old having sex with an 8-year-old child. I cannot worry about grammatical errors as I write this; I can only pray through the tears that are falling.

Otherwise, take my word for it, save yourself some tears, and just start praying.
Anyway, all of the comments suggested that the attacker gets locked up. I totally agree. I find it amazing, though, how no one suggested counseling for either the attacker or the victim.
People are all talk, but are not saying things that matter.
