I purchased custom T-shirts for my little sister and me from Just Jen. A letter was missing on my sister’s shirt and I emailed them about the error on Monday evening. On Tuesday, I received notification that the package was being delivered on Tuesday; and got my package on Thursday.
Now, that’s excellent customer service for you!!
