Happy New Year!
I hope your 2019 is off to a great start. I’m back and ready to celebrate your progress and successes.
There are two things I typically address at the beginning of the year that I want you to think about: your word for the year and goals.
For 2019, my word is courageous. This means I am going to keep moving forward despite my fears. As for my goals, I have a list of 20 professional and personal goals. While this seems overwhelming (well, it was for me after I created the list), there was a lot of overlap with the projects I want to undertake. And many of my goals are extensions of my 2018 projects.
Here’s are a few goals for Marcie Writes this year:
- Topics beyond writing, blogging and self-publishing. I will still post these topics on Tuesday but additional topics will be posted later in the week.
- Live online trainings. I’m going to conducting 2-hour mini-intensives, starting in February. Prices will start at $47. I have not determined a set schedule at this time; I just know the first one will be on freelance writing.
- Blogger’s Block Challenge. I am going challenge readers to publish weekly blog posts from March through April using the first 10 posts from my 62 Blog Posts to Overcome Blogger’s Block book.
- Lower prices for my books and online course. More information is on the way.
