My buddy, Beverly Mahone, wrote an eye-opening book, The Baby Boomer / Millennial Divide: Making It Work At Work. I read the book and had intended to write a review. Well, intentions sometimes never come to light.
Since I didn’t write my review, I decided to interview her for What Matters to Ms. Marcie, my YouTube channel. This was a good decision for several reasons.
First, I had a chance to “meet” my Twitter pal in person.
Second, Bev was open and honest about how she felt as a Baby Boomer working with Millennials and reporting to people younger than her.
Plus, I added another video to my channel, which is not so bare anymore.
