Actually, my appreciation for Lashon extends beyond this one event. She has be a HUGE supporter of mine since I met her a few years ago at the Black Enterprise Conference that was held in Chicago.
But here’s what makes LaShon so amazing. Even though we do similar things in our businesses, she still supports. Most people would not help a competitor on any level, especially in Chicago (it’s a very clique-ish city), but she does and I am SUPER grateful for her.
